This wll established Law firm based in Eastbourne East Sussex are looking to recruit either a full or part time Conveyancing Fee Earner. The successful candidate will need to have expereince of working in a Residential Conveyancing department, as a fee earner. Qualfication as a Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancer or CILEX welcome but not essential depending on each individual.
Key Responsibilites:
- Dealing with Conveyancing files from exchange through to Completions.
- Acting for buyers and sellers in Residential Conveyancing transaction.
- Managing a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages and buy to lets.
- Compling with UK Finance mortgage lenders handbook.
- Advising on SDLT including higher rates, releifs and exemptions.
- Developing realtionships with agents, brokers and property professionals.
