This dynamic Law firm are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join thier growing team in their Bexhill office. The ideal candidate will need the following skills.
- Have experience working within a Conveyancing team dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Law graduate useful not essential.
- Be ambitious and motivated to achieve personal and preofession goals.
- Able to wrk as part of a team, and independently.
- Experience in dealing with freehold and leashold propertises, including sales, purchase and remortgage from opening files to post completion.
- Have the willingness to learn and progress.
